Who you're buying from
This website is operated by This Is Solar Pty Ltd (ABN 25 702 274 306, ACN 702 274 306), an Australian company. "Solar", "we" and "us" mean This Is Solar Pty Ltd.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when it's confirmed by email. If something can't be supplied (an item sells out at the same moment, or a price is listed wrong), the order can be cancelled and refunded in full.

Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices can change without notice, but never after an order is confirmed.

Products
Pieces are made in small runs. Colour can vary slightly between batches and between your screen and the real thing. Natural fabrics shift a little in weight and shade. That's the material, not a fault.

Stock
Once an archive piece is gone, it's gone.

Your account and details
Keep your details accurate. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Intellectual property
The Solar name, mark, artwork, photography and written content on this site belong to This Is Solar Pty Ltd. Don't reproduce them commercially without permission.

Liability
Nothing here excludes any right you have under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
