Rates
- Standard, Australia: $11
- Standard, Australia, orders over $100: free
- Express, Australia: $15
- New Zealand: $26
- Asia and the UAE: $26
- US, Canada, UK and Europe: $32
Dispatch
Orders are packed and sent within two business days. Solar is one person, so if something's going to take longer than that, you'll hear about it rather than wonder.
Delivery times, once posted
- Australia standard: 3–5 business days.
- Australia express: 1–2 business days.
- International: 6–20 business days.
These are Australia Post's estimates, not promises. Once a parcel is with them it's in their hands.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. The number is emailed when the parcel is picked up.
Packaging
Orders ship in compostable mailers.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't moved in seven business days, email tom@thisissolar.co and it'll be chased and sorted.
Customs and duties on international orders
Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping. They're set by your country, not by Solar.
Wrong address
Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong, it can be re-sent once postage is paid again.
